A yellow, French bush bean that is popular throughout Europe. Retains its superior buttery rich taste and crispness when cooked. A wonderful multipurpose bean that is great for fresh eating, cooked or canned. For best taste, harvest when pods are the thickness of a pencil. The more you pick, the more it produces. Extend the harvesting season by making smaller successive sowings every one or two weeks until mid-June instead of one large initial sowing at the beginning of the season.
20g. (Approx. 55-60 seeds)
Planting Instructions: Sow seeds when the soil is warm and all danger of frost is past. Pick early and often to encourage production. Sow every 2 weeks until 8 weeks before fall frost.
Suggestions: Repeat plantings every two weeks to extend the harvest season of fresh beans. Apply Garden Inoculant to improve yields. Avoid working among plants while the foliage is damp or wet.
