How much is shipping?

Orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $14.50 (includes tracking), with the exception of seeds. All regular packaged seed orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $3.50 (no tracking). All orders over $100 before taxes receive free shipping. 

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere in Canada! :)

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Preorder timelines vary, please see below of specific preorder timelines. Since the beginning of Covid-19 we've seen an incredible influx of orders. We thank you for your support and patience. Our staff are working incredibly hard to get your order to you in a timely manner and at this time we are not seeing any further delays in orders*

*This excludes CR Plastics orders. Once you order is placed you will receive and estimated timeline. Due to the pandemic the CR Plastics warehouse is experiencing longer than normal processing times. This effects all CR Plastic dealers.

How long will it take for my seeds to arrive?

Once shipped seeds take anywhere from 3 - 14 business days to arrive, depending on location. If you ordered your seeds with a seasonal product, like bulbs, your products will all be shipped together once the order is complete if the seasonal product within a short timeframe from your order date.

I can't find some products in your store, where are they?

Due to the high amount of daily orders, we have made the decision to temporarily halt some products availability. If you can not find what you are looking for through our online store, it means they are not available for ordering at this time. We hope to open orders up for these specific products as soon as we can. 

We do our best to offer an extensive selection of products on our online store, but some products that we sell in-store are not available online. 

How do you ship tropical plants across Canada?

Each tropical will get a quality check and thorough watering if needed prior to shipping. We gently, but securely, wrap the plant in burlap to help protect it and package it tightly into a box surrounded by paper. Live plants are shipped early in the week to ensure they arrive to their location as quickly as possible. We have had lots of success shipping tropical plants across Canada and are always willing to work with customers if their plant arrives damaged.

Please note, shipping can be tough for some live plants and upon arrival some may look a little flat due to the shock of spending time in a box. This will pass within a week or two and your plant should flourish with proper care in its new home. 

When do rose pre-orders arrive?

Shipping for the 2020 rose season has now ended. Pre-orders for the 2021 rose season are currently closed but will be opening them back up again sometime during October. Click here to sign up to receive a notification right to your inbox once our 2021 Rose availability has re-opened!  We will begin shipping throughout April-May 2021. Roses will begin shipping once the threat of frost has passed so timelines may vary.

When do spring planting bulb pre-orders arrive?

Spring Bulbs begin arriving late February through to early April. We begin shipping orders as soon as they are complete. You will be notified once your order is ready. Spring bulbs will begin shipping once the threat of frost has passed so timelines may vary.

When do fall planting bulb pre-orders arrive?

Fall Bulbs begin arriving late August through to October. We begin shipping the majority of orders throughout mid to late September as soon as they are complete. Holiday products like Amaryllis arrive closer to October/November. You will be notified once your order is ready. Arrival time depends on the weather, so shipping timelines may vary.

When do spring edible pre-orders arrive?

Spring edibles like fruits and potatoes begin arriving mid-March through to early April. We begin shipping orders as soon as they are complete. You will be notified once your order is ready. Spring edibles will begin shipping once the threat of frost has passed, so timelines may vary.
