As long as the humidity is high enough, your ferns will grow pretty much anywhere. Make a planter of assorted ferns or compliment your ferns with Kalanchoes, Poinsettias, and Begonias. Lemon Button ferns are an attractive accent piece for any shelf or tabletop. Their curved stems make them ideal for hanging baskets or have them elegantly cascading over terrace pots. This fern rarely grows over a foot tall which makes planning planting arrangements easier.
Suitable for growing indoors, Lemon Button Ferns should be placed in a semi-shaded area and watered to keep soil moist but not soggy. They thrive in moist, well drained soil and can adapt to salty soils and tolerate sea air. The soil should never become bone-dry. When actively growing, Lemon Button Fern produces a sublet lemon scent.
