Hybrid Tea
A rich tapestry of color, 'Heirloom' is a gorgeous blend of hot pink, pale violet, and silver.
Magenta buds spiral open to varying tones of lilac & lavender. A wonderful cutting rose, Heirloom's sturdy stems bear flowers both singly and in clusters, clothed with glossy dark green leaves. Yet, it's that fragrance that has kept her in high regard. It's an allusive scent of apple, wine & ripe raspberries.
Growing just about 4 feet high and wide, this nicely rounded shrub sets its dark green foliage all the way down to the ground. The pointed, ovoid buds open in summer to loose blooms of 9 to 16 petals. It displays exceptional garden performance, and about the only maintenance it requires is a good pruning and the addition of freeze protection in the spring. Best flower size & most intense color in cool conditions.
