Kangaroo ferns have leathery fronds with little fuzzy "feet". As long as the humidity is high enough, your ferns will grow pretty much anywhere. These evergreen ferns have a variety of leaf shapes on a single plant. Mature leaves have deep indentations.
Kangaroo fern grows from hairy rhizomes. These ferns are epiphytic which means they can and will grow in tree notches, logs and cracks in rocks. They are often seen growing up trees in their native regions.
Kangaroo ferns need consistent humidity and moist soil. Never let their soil become too soggy or you run the risk of root rot.
