Italian Dark Green Parsley is a favorite for both fresh use and drying. The dark green leaves are very attractive as a garnish and provide a very nice flavor. This easy to grow variety can be added to every herb garden.
Approx. 450-475 seeds
Soak seeds overnight in warm water. Start indoors in a sunny location 8 weeks before planting outdoors. Or, sow in the garden in rich, moist, deep soil in sun or partial shade as early as ground can be worked.

Leaves can be used fresh, dried or freeze them for later use. Interplant parsley with roses and tomatoes to enhance vigor of both.
