GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow indoors, January-March, 0.5cm (¼”) deep, in pots or trays of compost in an unheated frame or greenhouse. Keep moist, but not wet. Germination may be erratic, so prick out individual seedlings as they develop. Further germination may be prompted by covering with plastic and leaving outside to chill for 2-3 weeks, after which you should bring into a warm greenhouse at approx. 15°C (60°F). Pot on individually, harden off from May onwards and transplant to their flowering position, spacing approx. 30-40cm (12-16”) apart, in late autumn. Flowers: June to September.
