Use in stir-fries and soups
Also known as Chinese Spinach, the leaves are similar to spinach in flavor. The broad, tender leaves make a colorful addition to salads. Leaves can be steamed, sauteed or used in stir-fries. Amaranth loves the heat and is drought tolerant. Does not do well in cold temperatures.
Planting Instructions: Sow seed directly into the garden once all danger of frost has past.
