An Asian melon that bears 8-10 cm (3-4") semi-round fruit. The light colored green flesh is crisp, juicy and very sweet. The thin edible skin will turn from green to pale yellow and leaves of the plant will begin to discolor when ripe. When harvesting, the stem will need to be cut from the plant.
Planting Instructions: Sow seed directly into the garden once all danger of frost has passed. For earlier crop, start seed indoors 4 to 5 weeks before last frost.
