Turtle Vine is commonly used in terrariums and dish gardens. Additionally, their small green leaves with purple undersides look great cascading down the sides of hanging baskets or as contrast fillers in mixed planters. Compliment with Dieffenbachia, Prayer Plant, and Snake Plant.
These low-growing ornamental, creeping succulent plants have green leaves that will eventually become a deep purple in the autumn when watering slows down. This plant is easy to prune if the vines become too long or lanky. They tend to root at the nodes and form dense mats along the soil.
In the spring to early fall, small white blooms can form near the leaf axils. Turtle Vines are pet friendly and low maintenance.
