Use the spicy leaves raw or cooked — Wasabi Arugula is a fantastic topping for pizza. This plant thrives in the cooler weather of the fall, winter, and spring, and it makes remarkable micro-greens at any time of the year. It is a relatively compact plant, like the other arugula varieties. Its edible white flowers also make a nice garnish. Grow Wasabi Arugula in containers or in the garden row. Sowing the seeds several times through the cool season will provide a constant harvest.
