This unique one-cut green leaf lettuce is in a category of its own. Green Reef Pelleted Organic lettuce seeds will add loft and diversity to salad mixes. Its highly serrated leaves have a thick texture, but long and narrow attachment to the main stem. It's good for whole head or mechanical harvest. The shiny leaves look like a fris̩e endive, but have sweet lettuce flavour.

Green Reef is part of the Eazyleaf® series of lettuces bred for ease of harvest. Cut the head from the ground and make a single cut around the short stem, and the leaves fall perfectly away for an instant salad. This will speed up market production for salad mixes.
