Also known as mountain spinach, it contains eye-catching magenta leaves that simply pop in salad mixes. Similar to spinach, relative of amaranth. Great for bright, colourful, nutritious salads, great in smoothies or in stir-fries & Ramen! Seed from a small organic farm in British Columbia.

Growing Instructions:
Germinates best at 10-20°C in moist soil.
Plant Spacing : Thin to 6-10” apart. Row Spacing: 18-30” apart.
Direct Seed 1-2" apart, 1/4" deep. Pinch flower buds to encourage branching and continued production of new leaves. In cooler climates, mid-summer plantings can be made for a fall harvest.
