USDA organic. Also known as bok choi. A fast-growing crop for spring & fall. Vase-shaped Pak Choi plants have plump, juicy white stalks & deep green leaves. Flavour is mild, sweet & crunchy. High in nutrition & perfect for quick and delicious stir-fries.

Gardener's Notes: Plants thrive in cool weather. In early spring, as soon as the ground can be worked, sow seeds 2 inches apart into rich, fertile, well-drained soil. When several inches tall, thin or transplant seedlings 8 inches apart so plants have room to mature. Keep well weeded and watered. Fertilize monthly with a high nitrogen fertilizer. Harvest when heads are plump and well filled out. Sow again in late summer for fast growing fall crop.
