Gardener's Notes: Do not plant these cold sensitive seeds until spring nights have reached 50-55F (10-13C). If it is warm enough, plants will grow quickly. Sow 3 inches apart and cover 1/2 in. deep. Thin seedlings to 6 in. apart. Keep plants well-weeded, but don't hoe when plants are wet. Pick frequently while small curved pods are young and plump for best quality and yield. Also ideal for canning, freezing and drying.
