Wildwood Outdoor Living is happy to provide our customers with the option to return or exchange their purchases within the first 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item to ensure you follow the proper procedure. This policy does not apply to pre-ordered products. Wildwood Outdoor Living is happy to provide our customers with the option to return or exchange their pre-ordered products within the first 30 days from their arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We are also happy to offer refunds if your product arrives damaged or dies in transit. Shipping can be hard on some plants and we understand that not all will survive the added stress. If a refund is required for a damaged product, contact us at email@example.com to ensure you have the proper instructions. We request that you supply a photo of the damaged product.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund has been issued and you still haven’t received a timely refund, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed.
3. Contact your bank. There is often a lag before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will be replaced if defective or damaged. If your product was damaged in transit, please contact us and provide documentation of the damage as soon as possible. Damaged products will be replaced or refunded only if we receive prior notice. If an exchange is required for a damaged product, contact us at email@example.com prior to returning your item to ensure you have the proper instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds, if applicable may be issued once the product is received and inspected. We will notify you by email when the returned item is received and confirm or deny the refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the credit card or original method of payment.

Items marked as a Gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient will be eligible for a Gift Credit for the value of a return. A Gift Certificate will be mailed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Items not marked as a Gift at purchase and/or shipped to the purchaser will be eligible, if applicable for a refund to the purchaser.
Shipping or Returning a Product

Wildwood Outdoor Living Centre will not be responsible for shipping costs to return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive a replacement product may vary.
Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled without adhering to the 30 day Refund Policy provided the product has not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
