Canada Shipping

Orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $22.85 CAD, with the exception of seeds.

All regular packaged seed orders have a flat rate shipping fee starting at $5.85 for Letter Mail shipping and $14.85 for Expedited Shipping.

US Shipping

Only seeds are available for US shipping. 

All packaged seed orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.75 USD

Sorry! We are unable to add items to orders. If you have forgotten something, please cancel your order immediately and re-order.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once an order has been canceled, you can resubmit a new order with the correct details.

We ship seeds North America-Wide! and everything else Canada-Wide.

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

In stock C.R. Plastic Products will ship as soon as possible.

Pre-ordered C.R. Plastic Products currently have a 3-6 week lead time before shipping.

Once shipped seeds take anywhere from 3 - 14 business days to arrive, depending on location. If you ordered your seeds with a seasonal product, like bulbs, your products will all be shipped together once the order is complete if the seasonal product within a short time frame from your order date.

If you can not find what you are looking for through our online store, it means they are not available for ordering at this time. Due to the seasonal nature of many of our products, we open and close availability for certain items at specific times of the year.

We do our best to offer an extensive selection of products on our online store, but some products that we sell in-store are not available online.

US Customers will only see seeds products available in our collection pages. All other products are not available for sale in the US.

Pre-orders for roses are to be determined for the 2025 season as we confirm availability. Some are available for Preorder now and others will only be available upon arrival in the Spring.

Roses arrive at our location in late March to Early April.

We will begin shipping throughout April - May. Roses ship once the threat of frost has passed in your area so timelines may vary. We promise your order is being processed and will be on its way to you as soon as we feel it's safe!

Fall Planting Bulb pre-orders typically open mid May and will sell until early November.

Fall Bulbs begin arriving to our location late August through to October. We begin shipping the majority of orders throughout mid to late September as soon as they are complete. Holiday products like Amaryllis arrive closer to October/November. You will be notified once your order is ready. Arrival time depends on the weather, so shipping timelines may vary.

If you happen to receive your bulbs before you are ready to plant them, you can store them in a dark, cool, and dry place like a basement, cellar, or garage to keep them at their best for when you are ready to plant them.

How long does it take to receive an E-Gift Card?

Once your order is received by our team, they will send you an email with your Gift Card number as soon as possible.

How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?

After you make a purchase with your E-Gift Card, your receipt will detail the total spent on your gift card. If you’re unsure of the total spent, please email us at members@wildwoodoutdoorliving.com
and we will be happy to let you know the balance remaining.

 

How do I send a E-Gift Card as a Gift?

On the E-Gift Card product page, click the checkbox labeled "I WANT TO SEND THIS AS A GIFT." A form will appear with the following fields for you to complete: Recipient Email, Recipient Name, Message, and Send Date. Once you have filled in the required fields, add the gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout.

 

Can I refund my E-Gift Card?

To receive a refund on an E-Gift Card, please contact us at orders@wildwoodoutdoorliving.com with the full balance of the card remaining. Refunds will be processed back onto the original payment method.
