Orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $18.85, with the exception of seeds.

All regular packaged seed orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.85.

All orders over $120 before taxes receive free shipping!*

Letter Mail shipping options do not have tracking and are not insured. The Wildwood Outdoor Living Centre is not liable for any packages lost in transit using this option. Customers who select Letter Mail as a shipping option accept its risks.

Expedited Shipping options are tracked and insured. Shipping times vary depending on location but are typically delivered within 2-8 business days.

CR Plastic Products Shipping options are either calculated at checkout or quoted to you after purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on carrier services available in your area, the total weight of your order, and the shipping location. If you experience any problems or have questions please email us at orders@wildwoodoutdoorliving.com.

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Preorder timelines vary, please see below of specific preorder timelines. Since the beginning of Covid-19 we've seen an incredible influx of orders. We thank you for your support and patience. Our staff are working incredibly hard to get your order to you in a timely manner and at this time we are not seeing any further delays in orders*

Once shipped seeds take anywhere from 3 - 14 business days to arrive, depending on location. If you ordered your seeds with a seasonal product, like bulbs, your products will all be shipped together once the order is complete if the seasonal product within a short time frame from your order date. Seed orders do not receive tracking.

If you can not find what you are looking for through our online store, it means they are not available for ordering at this time. Due to the seasonal nature of many of our products, we open and close availability for certain items at specific times of the year.

We do our best to offer an extensive selection of products on our online store, but some products that we sell in-store are not available online.

Each tropical will get a quality check and thorough watering if needed prior to shipping. We gently, but securely, wrap the plant in burlap to help protect it and package it tightly into a box surrounded by paper. Live plants are shipped early in the week to ensure they arrive to their location as quickly as possible. We have had lots of success shipping tropical plants across Canada and are always willing to work with customers if their plant arrives damaged.

Please note, shipping can be tough for some live plants and upon arrival some may look a little flat due to the shock of spending time in a box. This will pass within a week or two and your plant should flourish with proper care in its new home.

Pre-orders for roses are to be determined for the 2023 season as we confirm availability.

We will begin shipping throughout April - May. Roses ship once the threat of frost has passed in your area so timelines may vary. We promise your order is being processed and will be on its way to you as soon as we feel it's safe!

Fall Planting Bulb pre-orders typically open mid May and will sell until early November.

Fall Bulbs begin arriving to our location late August through to October. We begin shipping the majority of orders throughout mid to late September as soon as they are complete. Holiday products like Amaryllis arrive closer to October/November. You will be notified once your order is ready. Arrival time depends on the weather, so shipping timelines may vary.

If you happen to receive your bulbs before you are ready to plant them, you can store them in a dark, cool, and dry place like a basement, cellar, or garage to keep them at their best for when you are ready to plant them.

How long does it take to receive an E-Gift Card?

Once your order is received by our team, they will send you an email with your Gift Card number as soon as possible.

How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?

After you make a purchase with your E-Gift Card, your receipt will detail the total spent on your gift card. If you’re unsure of the total spent, please email us at members@wildwoodoutdoorliving.com
and we will be happy to let you know the balance remaining.


How do I use my E-Gift Card as a Gift?

When you’re ready to gift your E-Gift Card present, you can either print the code to give to
the recipient or forward them the “Wildwood Gift Card” email. Please note, this is not the order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email after placing your order with “Wildwood Gift Card” in the subject line.


Can I refund my E-Gift Card?

To receive a refund on an E-Gift Card, please contact us at orders@wildwoodoutdoorliving.com with the full balance of the card remaining. Refunds will be processed back onto the original payment method.
