This is a lovely little vase-shaped bok choy. Early, mild and tender with medium-green leaves on pale-green, spoon-shaped stalks. This variety was bred to tolerate heat, rain, cold, and dampness. Great variety for early spring and late summer plantings in mild-winter areas. Harvest when 6" tall. Seed from a small organic farm in Quebec.

Growing Instructions:
Germinates best at 24°C in moist soil.
Plant Spacing : Baby: Thin to 2-4” apart. Mature: 4-6” apart, Row Spacing: Baby: 2-3” apart. Mature: 12-18” apart
From Transplant: Sow seed ¼” deep indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost. Air temperature for healthy seedling growth after germination is 16-21°C. Harden off plants prior to planting out. Plant outdoors when risk of hard frost has passed.
Direct Seed: Once soil can be worked in the spring.
