Chinese Astilbe – Vision in Red
A vibrant Chinese astilbe featuring deep magenta–red plume-like blooms that emerge from rich red buds and stand proud atop slender red stems in mid-summer. Beneath, glossy bronze-green, fern-like foliage forms a compact mound about 38 × 38 cm, offering long season interest and perfect contrast in shaded borders or containers. Tolerant of both shade and filtered sun in cooler climates, this cultivar is more drought and heat-resilient than typical astilbes.
