Hemerocallis - Fulva
The classic orange daylily, ‘Fulva’, displays vibrant 4–5″ tawny-orange, trumpet-shaped flowers with lighter midribs and yellow throats, blooming en masse in early to mid-summer. Growing as vigorous clumping perennials reaching 30–36″ (75–90 cm) tall and wide, they form striking groundcover or mass plantings. Extremely low-maintenance and adaptable to a wide range of conditions—drought, humidity, poor soils, shade, urban settings—they also naturalize quickly, making them ideal for erosion control, pollinator support, and edging. As a vigorous spreader via rhizomes (and sometimes stolons), they're superb for filling space but may be invasive in certain regions .
