HARDY ORCHID - BLETILLA STRIATA

The Bletilla Striata, commonly known as the Chinese ground orchid, its elegant bright purple star-shaped blooms are sure to brighten up any garden. A partial sun habitat is the ideal sun exposure for this particular bloom; it prefers a medium or loamy soil that is moist but well drained. You can expect blooms to form mid spring to early summer.
