Growing Instructions:
Parsley prefers a location in full sun to partial shade, with rich, moist soil. In cold climates, parsley will return the following spring as an early crop before it bolts to seed. Sow 6mm (1/4in) deep and 15cm (6in) apart, in rows spaced 40cm (16in) apart. Parsley can take several weeks to germinate in cold soils, but it is not harmed by late winter freezes. To aid in germination and help keep the soil evenly moist, lay burlap over the seedbed, but be sure to remove it as soon as the first seedlings appear.
