Beautiful blend of beets in a rainbow of different colors, all with mild, sweet flavor. Enjoy all the different colors roasted, streamed or boiled. Don't forget to eat the greens as well!
Gardener's Note: In the early spring, when frost danger is over, plant in a sunny spot in fertile, well-drained soil. Sow 1/2" deep and 2" apart. Firm soil well over seeds. When seedlings emerge, carefully thin each cluster, leaving individual seedlings 4" apart so roots have room to size up. Keep well watered for sweetest flavor. Make several sowing 3 weeks apart for a continual supply. Plant again at midsummer for a fall crop.
