Euphorbia characias ‘Glacier Blue’
A striking evergreen subshrub, ‘Glacier Blue’ features narrow, icy-blue foliage edged in creamy white, forming an elegant mound of about 16–24 in (40–60 cm) tall and 24–30 in (60–75 cm) wide. In spring, upright stems are topped with conical clusters of chartreuse-cream bracts that attract butterflies and hummingbirds, offering gorgeous year-round interest from foliage to blooms. Exceptionally hardy and low-maintenance, it flourishes in dry to medium, well-drained soils and full sun, tolerates drought, and resists deer and rabbits. Ideal as a focal point in borders, rock gardens, or containers, it's also perfect for Mediterranean-style landscapes.
