LARGE FLOWERING GLADIOLUS - Apricot Brandy

The Apricot Brandy, a striking variety of Gladiolus that is known for its vibrant and unique coloration. This variety features petals in a beautiful shade of apricot, adding a warm and inviting touch to any garden or floral arrangement.

This large flowering gladiolus is a perennial flowering plant that grows from a bulb. It has a tall, erect flowering stem that grows up to 1 meter (3 feet). The leaf blade is flat, linear, solid, and approximately 1.25–2.5 cm (0.5–1.0 in) wide, with an acute apex.

The flowers are arranged on only one side of the stem and open in succession from the bottom up, with the largest flower at the base. This unique arrangement adds to their charm and makes them a popular choice for bouquets and floral arrangements.

Easy to grow and makes a spectacular, long-lasting cut flower. It prefers full sun or part shade and grows best in cool, springtime temperatures. The plant requires consistent moisture during the growing season and prefers soil that is moist but well-drained.

Whether you’re looking to add a touch of elegance to your garden or create a breathtaking floral arrangement, the Apricot Brandy is an excellent choice. Its unique characteristics and striking appearance make it a must-have for any flower enthusiast.
