Heuchera - Palace Purple
Heuchera ‘Palace Purple’ is a classic Coral Bells known for its lustrous, star-shaped foliage that starts olive green, bronze and deep purple above, with a striking metallic amethyst-purple underside. In late spring to midsummer, it sends up slender red-purple stems to around 20″ (50 cm) topped with delicate creamy-white bell flowers—beautifully contrasted against the dark foliage. Awarded 1991 Perennial Plant Association Plant of the Year, this easy-care perennial thrives in full sun to part shade, tolerates average moisture, and is reliably deer-, rabbit-, drought-, and salt-resistant. It forms elegant mounds, ideal for rock gardens, borders, containers, or mass plantings, delivering long-lasting seasonal appeal.
