For the spicy individual.  Sparkler White Tip Radish grows 4.5 cm (1 3/4") nearly round scarlet roots with white tips. These crisp radish snap with a delightful peppery flavour for spice-craving tastebuds. This cool-weather crop is also an excellent keeper.

Instructions: Make several plantings, 10 days apart until the weather becomes warm. Maybe sown again when the weather cools for a fall crop. Plant in moist, well-drained soil, as soon as the ground can be worked and the danger of frost has passed.
