Kansas is an award-winning variety, known for its large, rose-like, double blossoms. The petals are vibrant red and retain their intense color even under bright sunlight. Kansas will bloom in late spring to early summer, offering a flowering period of 7-10 days. Recognized for its strong stems and healthy foliage, Kansas is an elite peony. Good for borders and beds, and makes excellent cut flowers.
