Paeonia lactiflora - Many Happy Returns

This exuberant cultivar lights up the garden with its rich, cardinal-red, double blooms that maintain their vivid hue even under strong sunlight. The flowers are a striking fusion of anemone-style and bomb-style forms—rounded guard petals encircle a tight petal-packed center—offering long-lasting visual impact in borders or bouquets. A vigorous grower, it produces these show-stopping blooms in profusion, supported on bold, erect stems above lush, deeply dissected foliage that remains handsome into fall.

  • 1 growing root per pack, 2-3 eyes
  • Rich cardinal-red, 6" double blooms
  • Colourfast in sunlight, ideal for cutting
  • Vigorous & long-lived; deer & rabbit-resistant
