Saponaria - ocymoides

Saponaria ocymoides, commonly known as rock soapwort or tumbling Ted, is a charming, low-growing semi-evergreen perennial tailored for rock gardens, edging, and cascading over garden walls. In early summer (May to August), it dazzles with dense mats of vibrant pink pincushion flowers on slender, hairy stems, set against a backdrop of olive-gray foliage. Not only is it visually delightful, but it's also hardy, drought-tolerant, and simple to maintain.
