Hemerocallis - Hyperion

A classic, award‑winning dormant daylily, ‘Hyperion’ produces 5″ fragrant, soft lemon‑yellow trumpet blooms with a tiny green throat atop tall 36–40″ scapes during mid-summer. Known for its sweet scent and extended flower life (at least 16 hrs), this vigorous cultivar reblooms and forms neat clumps of arching foliage reaching about 18–24″ across. Hardy in zones 2–9, ‘Hyperion’ thrives in full sun to part shade and adapts to various soils, tolerating drought, black walnut, salt, and city conditions while attracting butterflies and resisting rabbits.
