Hemerocallis – Rocket City

Fiery 6″ bittersweet-orange trumpet blooms with a deeper burnt-orange eye illuminate the mid-summer garden on Rocket City daylily. The recurved petals and sepals sit atop sturdy 36″ scapes emerging from neat deciduous clumps. This vigorous tetraploid variety offers extended bloom—flowers last at least 16 hours—with a long show and easy-care habits. Salt-, drought-, and juglone-tolerant, it thrives in city landscapes, slopes, patios, and containers, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.
