Hemerocallis - Strawberry Candy

A truly standout daylily, Strawberry Candy produces striking 11 cm (4¼″) coral‑pink blooms with deep raspberry-red picotee edges and a glowing golden‑green throat. This vigorous tetraploid hybrid, honored with the prestigious Gold Stout Medal by the American Hemerocallis Society, blooms in early to mid‑summer and reblooms into early fall, with each flower lasting up to 24 hours. It grows to about 60–66 cm tall with a 50 cm spread, forming lush semi-evergreen foliage that tolerates heat, drought, poor soil, salt, and even urban conditions. Loved by butterflies and hummingbirds, and resistant to rabbits, this easy-to-grow beauty fits perfectly in borders, containers, and mass plantings.
