Our top quality Certified Organic Wheatgrass is fast and super easy to grow in pots either indoors or out. Juice up your bountiful harvest for a super nutrition boost of vitamins A, B, and E, minerals and amino acids, antioxidants and chlorophyll.
Gardener's Notes: Grow indoors year round, or grow outdoors in pots in spring when nights are over 50F (10C). Fill a 6" diameter or larger pot with moistened organic planting mix. Sprinkler seeds evenly and cover 1/2" deep. check often; keep moist but not soggy. Keep pot in bright light or full sun. Harvest by cutting when wheatgrass is 4-6" tall, about 12 to 14 days after sowing. Sow more seeds in a new pot weekly, always using fresh soil mix.
Juicing: Wheatgrass must be consumed as juice. Put a handful in a blender with up to a cup of water, blend until liquefied and carefully strain out pulp. Drink immediately; 1 ounce per day provides a vitamin-rich nutrition boost.
