This quick-maturing loose-leaf variety produces light green, frilly leaves that are sweet and
tender. Flavor is best if timed to mature during cool weather. This variety is slow to bolt to seed, and because it matures quickly it can be grown later in spring than most varieties. The absolute monarch of the leaf lettuce family! Without a doubt, Grand Rapids is our best non-heading lettuce.
