Brunnera macrophylla – Frostbite

Frostbite is a refined cultivar of Siberian bugloss that delights with silvery-green, heart-shaped foliage marked by subtle green veins, maintaining its crisp, bright look deep into summer. In spring, it adds delicate sprays of bright blue, forget-me-not style flowers above the foliage, providing a charming accent in shady garden spots. With a neat, low mounded habit, this variety fits beautifully among hostas, ferns, and other shade lovers, without overwhelming its neighbors. Its durability, deer/rabbit resistance, and performance under shade make it a superb choice for woodland borders, containers, or as a shimmering groundcover.
