A compact, cheerful speedwell, Veronica spicata ‘First Love’ forms neat mounds of rich, deep-green foliage topped with striking fluorescent-pink flower spikes that bloom from late spring into mid-summer and often extend longer with deadheading. Growing to just about 12–18″ (30–45 cm) tall and wide, it’s a perfect choice for small spaces, borders, containers, or rock gardensExceptionally low-maintenance, ‘First Love’ thrives in full sun to part shade in average, well-drained soil, resists deer and rabbit browsing, and attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.

Packaging

Spring bulb orders will be shipped with wood shavings in the package to help insulate and protect the bulbs from the cold weather and movement during shipping. Wood shavings can be repurposed in the garden or composted upon receiving your order!
