VICTORIA RHUBARB
An heirloom classic, the Victoria rhubarb has been a garden favourite since its introduction in England in 1837. This variety produces large, thick stalks that often begin crimson‑red at the base and transition to green toward the tip, offering bold, juicy texture and a tart yet sweet flavour perfect for desserts and preserves. Very cold‑hardy and long‑lived, it’s a superb choice for Canadian gardens.
