Shipping Schedule

Many Wildwood Express products are available for preorder weeks or months before they are ready to ship. Use the schedules below to find the earliest estimated shipping period for your product group and, for spring products, your planting zone.

Dates are estimates for when shipping can begin, not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. Actual timing depends on product availability, order readiness, and weather conditions.

📦 Year Round and Special Order Products

Seeds

Regular packaged seeds are generally processed and shipped year-round while available. Orders combining seeds and seasonal preorder products follow the mixed-order guidance below.

C.R. Plastic Products Outdoor Furniture

Our C.R. Plastic Products outdoor furniture is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks of production time from the date your order is placed before it is ready to ship.

After production, shipping generally takes up to one additional week. Larger orders and rural deliveries may take longer. These estimates may vary with the products ordered, production requirements and manufacturer availability.

Tracking is not available for every shipment. When tracking information is provided to us, we will share it with you.

Other Products

Products outside our seasonal preorder programs are generally processed as soon as possible. Check the product or collection page for any specific lead time, including for made-to-order and supplier-direct items.

Important Shipping Information

If products in your order become available at different times, we may hold the order until they are ready to ship together or split it into multiple shipments, depending on arrival dates and fulfillment requirements.

For example, an order containing fall bulbs and fall peonies may ship together when the peonies are ready, or the bulbs may ship first and the peonies later. This also applies to spring products with different shipping periods.

The earliest shipping date shown for one product does not guarantee that the entire order will ship on that date.

Review individual product pages and our Shipping Policy for products with special shipping requirements or additional shipping charges.

Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe storms or other unsafe conditions along the delivery route or at your destination may cause us to hold live or perishable products, even when they are otherwise ready to ship and your estimated shipping period has begun. We will wait for a safer shipping window to help protect your products in transit.

Crop conditions, harvest timing, transportation delays or other supplier issues can affect product arrivals. If a delay significantly changes your expected shipping period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

Find Your Planting Zone

Not sure which zone to use? Refer to our Canadian Plant Hardiness Zone map below or the Natural Resources Canada Plant Hardiness Zone Finder. Planting zones provide general guidance; current weather may still affect shipping.
