Crocus - laevigatus Fontenayi

Crocus laevigatus 'Fontenayi' is a charming autumn-flowering crocus that brings unexpected colour to the garden as the growing season winds down. Delicate lilac-lavender blooms are beautifully marked with deeper purple veining and accented by bright orange stamens at the centre. The elegant flowers emerge before or alongside the narrow grassy foliage, creating a naturalized look in rock gardens, borders, containers, and woodland settings. Easy to grow and attractive to late-season pollinators, this unique crocus provides valuable colour when few other bulbs are in bloom.
