Iris pumila - Orange

A charming dwarf bearded iris showcasing vivid orange flowers held about 30 cm (12″) high on extended perianth stems that float just above neat clumps of green foliage. The blooms appear in May through July, bringing bright color to rock gardens, borders, and alpine troughs. Exceptionally hardy (Zones 2–9), this compact iris is drought tolerant, low-maintenance, and naturally resistant to deer and rabbits. Ideal for small-space schemes, its petite stature makes it perfect for edging or container planting
