Moss Curled Parsley produces fine foliage. The dense, closely curled, parsley grows to a very dark green. It makes for an excellent choice for flavoring soups, salads, and stews. This biennial herb is also a great option for a garnish, and is very good for freezing.
Planting Instructions: Soak seeds overnight in warm water. Start indoors in a sunny location 6 weeks before planting outdoors. Or, sow in the garden in rich, moist, deep soil in sun or partial shade as early as ground can be worked.
Suggestions: Hasten germination by soaking seeds for 24 hours in luke-warm water.
Preparation Ideas: Add whole parsley leaves into a salad, or add finely chopped parsley to soup, pasta or stir-fry.
