Kentucky Wonder Wax Yellow Pole Bean. Heirloom vegetable. A strong, hardy, and vigorous climber that is a prolific long season producer of round, meaty pods 18-20cm (7-8in) long. A tried and true variety producing beautiful buttery yellow beans. Brown seed.
Approx. 40 seeds
Sow 5cm (2") deep, 10cm (4") apart in warm (21C/70F), well drained, fertile soil after last spring frost. Germinates in 7-14 days. Keep soil moist. Thin as required. Water frequently. Increase yield by picking mature beans often. Water early in the morning to allow plants to dry. Do not work among or pick when wet.
