WINTER HARVEST. Lennox organic cabbage seeds are an industry standard for winter cabbage that can be harvested at compact size or as full sized heads. These are tightly packed, flattened and round or oblate. Lennox cabbage holds its green colour much longer than other winter varieties, and it's productive for storage. The flavour is sweet and mild and the texture is pleasantly crisp. Choose from our selection of summer and fall harvest cabbage seeds, and follow up with Lennox for your winter harvests. Lennox works well in raised beds and allotment gardens.
These seeds are coated with an inert, organically certified layer which helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.
