Oenothera berlandieri - Siskiyou Pink
Oenothera berlandieri ‘Siskiyou Pink’ is a low-growing, spreading evening primrose covered with delicate pale pink, saucer-shaped flowers accented by deeper pink veining and glowing centres. Blooming throughout summer, its lightly fragrant flowers rise above a dense mat of narrow, deep green foliage and attract butterflies and other pollinators. This vigorous perennial makes an attractive ground cover for sunny borders, rock gardens, slopes, and other hot, dry locations. Heat and drought tolerant once established, ‘Siskiyou Pink’ thrives in full sun and well-drained soil and is also resistant to deer.
