Astilbe – Younique Ruby Red

A vigorous, compact Astilbe from the Younique™ series, this cultivar features vibrant ruby-red, plume-shaped flower spikes that emerge in late spring and extend into early summer. The deep-green, fern-like foliage forms a tidy mound about 12–16″ tall and 14–18″ wide—ideal for borders, shade containers, or woodland-style plantings. It blooms earlier than many traditional Astilbes, offering fragrant, full flower spikes loved by butterflies, bees, and songbirds. Tough and low-maintenance, the plant thrives in moist, well-drained soil, tolerates partial to full shade, and is both deer- and rabbit-resistant.

  • 1 growing root per pack, 2-3 eyes
  • Brilliant ruby-red plumes
