Bergenia - Bressingham Ruby
Bergenia ‘Bressingham Ruby’ is a compact, clump-forming evergreen perennial prized for its glossy, rounded leaves that shift from deep green in summer to rich ruby-red and maroon tones in colder weather. In early spring, sturdy short stems carry clusters of bright rosy-red to magenta-pink, bell-shaped flowers above the leathery foliage. Growing approximately 30–35 cm (12–14 in.) tall, its bold foliage provides excellent year-round texture for borders, pathways, ground cover, and mass plantings. Hardy and low maintenance, ‘Bressingham Ruby’ grows well in full sun to partial shade and is resistant to deer and rabbits.
