Brunnera – Looking Glass

A shimmering shade-loving perennial, ‘Looking Glass’ showcases heart-shaped leaves almost entirely cloaked in silvery-white, with only faint green veins or edging—a luminous groundcover that seems to glow in shady areas. This elegant sport of ‘Jack Frost’ forms a tidy mound roughly 12–18″ tall and wide, spreading slowly by rhizomes into a lush, long-lasting clump. In mid-spring, airy sprays of pale sky-blue, forget-me-not-like flowers rise above the foliage, providing a delicately charming seasonal display. Exceptionally low-maintenance, hardy (zones 3–8/9), and resistant to deer and rabbits, it thrives in moist, organically rich soil under partial to full shade.
