"I ordered 2 Dwarf Cherry trees one arrived healthy and alive the other one was dead."

"I am giving this 5 stars because, although I didn't receive what was expected, I contacted customer service and their service was excellent in resolving the issue. Personally, I would never write a review without first contacting the company to see if we could find a resolution. I pre-ordered 4 cherry shrubs (as well as a few other fruit shrubs) and it was obvious when they arrived that the cherries were brand new cuttings and not yet properly rooted plants. They arrived in small 4" pots and were tiny little 2" twigs that barely had threads for roots. In contacting Wildwood (with photos) they promptly adjusted the pricing to a more appropriate price for that stage of plant. I planted these little twigs (with not much hope) in their ideal growing conditions and they grew with vigour! I was pleasantly surprised. I may have to wait a little longer for fruit, but that's okay. I will also mention, I live in Ontario and my fruit had a long road to travel to get to me and it arrived in good condition."

"I would not recommend purchasing seedlings from Wildwood. My order of four different varieties arrived without labels. I could not even identify the species through the leaf shape since the seedling had been trunk chopped down to one cm height. There were no buds below the chop so the trees were not viable. The return and refund process was easy though. Their in-person shopping is likely better."

"Very disappointed with my order, was almost dead, I had to nurse it back to health. Packing was squished. Took a month in shipping since they decided to ship a day before a long weekend."
