LILY OF THE VALLEY
Known as the “Lily of the Valley”, it produces an assortment of white bell shaped flowers, an elegant flower; they are often used as showy or cut flowers. They like full to partial shade habitat and have average watering needs. A clay or loamy soil should be used when planting; the soil’s pH properties should be between acidic and neutral. Planting should take place between the early to mid spring; you can expect bulbs to bloom in late spring to early summer.
